Yes. Inventory is scoped per shop under one login. Switch location from the dashboard sidebar — each venue has its own catalog counts and movement history.
Is there a limit on how many items I can track?▾
No artificial cap. Add as many tracked lines as your business needs. Search and category tabs keep large catalogs manageable.
Do my staff need their own logins?▾
Staff use their standard SyncDex Staff App account. Inventory updates from the Stock tab are logged against their user and the active shop.
Can I export my data?▾
Yes. Export your catalog snapshot to CSV from the inventory dashboard. CSV import is coming soon.
How does receipt scanning work?▾
Upload a receipt image or PDF on the web dashboard. SyncDex uses AI-assisted parsing to preview line items before you apply a stock-in movement.
Does the staff app work offline?▾
