Each plan is a flat monthly workspace price with included staff seats. Need more people? Add extra staff at $2 per staff per month — it stacks on top of your plan cap.
Payroll ($4.50/mo) unlocks timesheets and pay-run prep on any plan. Messaging is $2.50/mo. Extra staff is $2 per additional seat per month. Add-ons stay on your 28-day trial, then bill with the plan you picked.
Stripe starts charging the plan you picked at signup when the trial ends. If you never add a card, the workspace stays locked until billing is completed. You can cancel anytime before then from Billing settings.
Marketing pricing is for browsing only. Choose a plan there (Start free trial) to open registration with that plan selected, then finish signup and add a card. Or go to Create account directly and pick a plan during registration.
Yes. Owners can upgrade or manage billing from Settings → Billing. Downgrades keep historical data but gate features that aren’t on the new plan.
No. Growth+ includes operational pay calculations and accountant exports. Final STP filing stays with your accountant or payroll software.
